Cute, ne? I drew it with a regular, cheap pen and then smudged the wings with Adobe because my scanner makes my normal shading look scratchy. So yeah, here he is n__n

Great character concept

Proportions are good and seem to be all in check which is about thye hardest thing to do so good work :D

The wings and hair etc look a bit too smudged though, i understand the effect you were going for but the feathers and hair need a bit more definition. Would just make them look like feathers and strands of hair rather than a bit blurry
